A Little Kibble 

Lori Turner-Wilson is the co-founder and CEO of RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy. 

She’s the award-winning writer behind the popular syndicated “Guerrilla Sales & Marketing” weekly column, published locally in the Memphis Daily News, Nashville Ledger and other Mid-South newspapers.

Lori co-created RedRover with the vision of consistently delivering measurable, proven results for our clients – and that vision still drives every decision RedRover makes. Her influence is ever-present in all of our client strategies.

Feeding Time

Lori co-founded RedRover with Julie Lunn with the vision of creating measurable, proven results for our clients – and that vision still drives every decision RedRover makes.

In April 2016, Lori released her book, WOOF: Why Ordinary Organizations Fail. The daughter of a salesman, Lori’s love of results-driven marketing and selling began at a young age. It’s her father who first showed Lori the value of relationship-driven business.

WOOF is a collection of lessons and advice from Lori’s career in sales and marketing, which were originally published as weekly pieces in the award-winning syndicated column “Guerilla Sales & Marketing.”

Speaking of guerrilla marketing, Lori was a contributing ghostwriter to the highly popular Complete Idiot’s Guide to Guerrilla Marketing.

Lori is a popular public speaker, delivering sales and marketing keynote addresses for organizations such as the Greater Memphis Chamber, American Marketing Association, American Advertising Federation, Sales & Marketing Society of the Mid-South, National Association of Women Business Owners, Better Business Bureau, Hospitality Sales and Marketing International and the Kiwanis Club.

Her leadership within RedRover has created an agency culture that emphasizes accountability to real results for our clients. It’s this culture that keeps our clients reporting high satisfaction with our work and that led to 100% client retention in 2015.

Lori led RedRover to a spot on the Greater Memphis Chamber's list of the "Top 10 Companies to Watch in 2014.” She and the RedRover pack have won numerous industry awards, including ADDYs, International Communicator awards, Summit International awards, Davey awards and a Telly. 

Lori has achieved placement on the Memphis Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” list and was a finalist for the Memphis Business Journal’s “Executive of the Year” award.

Prior to RedRover, she spent more than 15 years leading corporate sales, marketing and communications teams for several Fortune 1000 companies including TCBY Enterprises, First Horizon National (First Tennessee) and Hampton Hotels (Hilton Hotel Corporation).

Lori graduated from the University of Nebraska with a marketing degree and a minor in management.

She's deeply passionate about the Memphis business community, jumping at any chance to help our local companies succeed.

She’s also a gadget addict, who always has her finger on the newest technology. And anyone who’s met Lori knows she’s a true data junkie. Information and measurements are kind of her thing.

Outside of RedRover, Lori and her husband Mike have a household of furry friends: three dogs and two cats. Lori and Mike are avid Memphis Grizzlies fans, and also enjoy traveling the U.S. and internationally.

Eclectic music lovers, they are known to follow their favorite bands pretty relentlessly.
