Relocation to Historic Downtown High-Rise a Symbol of Firm’s Continued Ascent

Memphis, Tenn. – RedRover Sales & Marketing CEO and Founder Lori Turner-Wilson today announced the firm’s signing as one of the newest tenants of office space in the historic Falls Building at 22 North Front Street in downtown Memphis. RedRover’s search for expanded office space targeted the downtown area and began in February of this year.

“Our next ‘doghouse’ marks what is certain to become a turning point in our company,” said Turner-Wilson. “All that has held back our growth recently is a place to put new members of our pack! We’ve loved the culture of our current South Main location, but both demand for our services and our ability to create new local jobs for the right people are on the rise.”

The Falls Building beat out two other downtown contenders for the contract. The new location meets the key needs of RedRover’s growth plans, which include:

• Allowing for nearly three times the staff over the next five years.
• Offering employees a dual-purpose work environment, with both collaboration and focus zones to meet the team’s varying needs, in addition to a creativity-inspiring community space.
• Providing additional space for larger sales and leadership training workshops.

Tenant Broker Frazier Baker of Colliers International assisted Turner-Wilson in finding and securing the space in the Falls Building. Architect/Designer Jennifer Campbell with The Crump Firm will partner with RedRover to transition the space to meet its cultural and operational needs. Full details on use of space will be made available once the relocation is complete, which is anticipated for October 2013.
