About You

We want to know more about you

You know that feeling when you’re surrounded by like-minded people and you think you can tackle the world?

We know it, too. It’s the way we’re stacking our talented pack — with people who will join us to achieve nothing short of our Core Purpose: We crash the ceilings that limit clients’ growth potential. It’s a charge none of us takes lightly. As one pack member said: “Every day I leave with a feeling that I have actually accomplished something.” That’s, no doubt, why Zippia named RedRover one of the top 5 Best Places to Work in Memphis, Tennessee.

We shared this special page with you — a page that we don’t promote widely — because we think you’re a high-potential candidate whom we’d like to get to know better. If you’d like to be considered for a current or future opening, just follow the steps below. If a current opening doesn’t match your career aspirations just yet, we strongly encourage you to submit a “General Interest” application anyway, as we first consider applicants already in our database for new openings before posting publicly. The job you want most may never be posted. Also, we’ve been known to create a tailor-made position — that doesn’t technically exist yet — for candidates with certain sought-after skills.

How To Apply

Review our current openings, and if you aren’t seeing your ideal next career move listed, just choose “General Interest” which ensures you’re on our radar for all future openings. Once you click “Apply for This Job,” you’ll be asked six quick questions and prompted to upload a resume. Don’t have a current resume? A PDF of your LinkedIn profile will do just fine.

After you complete this short form and click “Submit Application,” you will receive an email with a link to our Culture Index survey. Both steps in this process should take you less than 10 minutes to complete.

Our Hiring Process

At RedRover, we’ve turned to the Culture Index workplace-preference assessment as a mainstay tool in our hiring process.

The Culture Index motto is “Putting People First,” and that’s exactly what we strive to do from the very beginning when we assess the needs of our roles and our candidates’ likely success in those roles.

Here at RedRover, each person’s unique strengths accent his or her teammates’ strengths. Each role links into our other roles to create the strongest agency team we can possibly build. As a results-focused company, we’re laser focused on getting it right – for you as a professional, for us as an employer, and for our clients as the reason we exist.

We also understand how agonizing it can be for candidates to complete a company’s extensive interview process, only to not hear if they landed the job for weeks or months. That’s no way to treat talented professionals in our view.

It’s why we offer candidates a four-week interview and notification process. Assuming your schedule for interviews allows for it, no more than four weeks from your first in-person interview with a member of the RedRover staff, all interviews should be complete and you should be notified of the outcome.

Unleashed Culture

Here at RedRover, our company culture is Unleashed!

Every day, we come to work to crash the ceilings that limit our clients’ growth potential – a higher purpose than traditional agency life. Does that sound like the way you want to spend your career?

Self-disciplined and accountable

Our Dog House

Located in the heart of downtown Memphis, RedRover is a team of change agents eager to measurably move the needle for clients.

We are courageous, laser focused and have a downright incurable need to deliver results. Sure, we’re definitely competitive by nature and incredibly hard working, but it’s not all about work. Walk through our front doors and you’ll be greeted by our infamous mascot, Rover — a giant mosaic statue built by a local artist. Pop into our Bark Bistro to play a vintage arcade game or to fire up the jukebox.

Stop by on a Friday, and you’ll get to meet some of our own Rovers, as this is a dog-friendly workplace where creative breaks with our canine visitors are encouraged. And we lend our paws to local pet rescues on a quarterly basis, a program called Project UnderDog, as a way to give back to our furry friends and make a difference in our own community.

We actively encourage team members to recharge their minds and bodies. Each employee receives a gym membership to keep them moving, and the company provides fresh fruit as part of its wellness efforts. Employees can even get away from it all in the Rover Retreat — complete with a massage chair, variable lighting and sound machine. At the end of a week, you might find us gathered for some team building, an occasional highly competitive game of Jenga or corn hole, and a celebration of that week’s victories.
