Each quarter the RedRover pack dedicates a day of service to roll up our sleeves and give back to a local animal rescue in need for our Project Underdog initiative.
A day of service could include hands-on volunteering, offering our marketing services free of charge or a combination of both. This work is part of our agency’s commitment to giving back to the non-profits who do so much for both the animals AND people in our community.

We’re located in the heart of downtown Memphis in the historic Falls Building. Walk through our front doors and you’ll be greeted by our agency best friend and mascot, Rover Dog—a giant mosaic statue built by a local artist and purchased as a donation to the Humane Society of Memphis & Shelby County.
Pack members collaborate in the Bark Bistro and can get away from it all for some quiet time in the Rover Retreat.
At the end of a week, you might find us gathered for ping pong or Jenga and a celebration of that week’s wins.
Fridays are our dog days. Stop by and you’ll get to meet some of our own “Rovers” in this dog-friendly workplace. Dogs and creative problem-solving are just pawsome together.
RedRover encourages team members to recharge their minds and bodies. Each employee receives a gym membership to keep them moving, and the company provides fresh fruit as part of its wellness efforts.
