RedRover is hiring a natural go-getter. This position is commissioned sales with high potential to garner larger commissions. We are looking for someone that is well connected on a local level and as an added bonus, has reach on a national level. This person isn’t afraid of the word no, and knows how to persevere until the goal is met. This role will be a combination of connecting with your current network as well as cold calling prospects that meeting the ideal customer persona. We do have the sales tools and outreach plan to help this person. In addition, we can assist with the prospecting list. We are able to hop sales calls with you to help you close when needed. We are here to help you be successful.
This position is responsible for attracting new clients to the firm through outbound efforts and shepherding them through the process of exploring a partnership with RedRover — all the way from making that first connection to closing. The ideal candidate has a proven sales strategy, significant experience calling on middle-market C-Suite executives, and a consultative, solution-focused philosophy to sales.
