An internationally award-winning, growing Memphis agency, RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy – named by the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce as one of the “Top 10 Companies to Watch” and by the Memphis Business Journal as a Great Place to Work – is seeking a high-performing sales veteran with 5+ years of experience driving new business in an advertising agency or marketing firm through outbound efforts in Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis, Philly or the Tri-State Area (NY/NJ/CT). Ideal candidates generated $1M+ in ad agency/marketing firm new business in 2018, 2019 or 2020 with a proven, repeatable outbound strategy and have a solid understanding of marketing strategy.
This position is responsible for attracting new clients to the firm through outbound efforts and shepherding them through the process of exploring a partnership with RedRover — all the way from making that first connection to closing. The ideal candidate has a proven sales strategy, significant experience calling on middle-market C-Suite executives, and a consultative, solution-focused philosophy to sales.
