RedRover is hiring four seasoned Territory Sales Managers — each with an easy path to earning six figures in a role where you are able to set your own hours and work from home. Sales leaders sought in the Dallas, Houston, Atlanta and Memphis markets.
An internationally award-winning, growing Memphis agency, RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy – named by the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce as one of the “Top 10 Companies to Watch” – is seeking a high-performing B2B sales veteran with 5+ years of outbound sales experience who is seeking significant freedom in their career as you can set your own hours and work from anywhere in the U.S. Successful candidates will have a proven track record selling complex, strategic business solutions in an outbound B2B environment to the C-Suite including notable experience making outbound calls. Ideal candidates will also have a solid understanding of marketing strategy and at least one-year of experience selling marketing solutions.
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for initiating contact with qualified prospects through RedRover’s proven multi-touch sales strategy which includes traditional phone and email outreach complemented by innovative marketing tactics. When exploring a partnership makes sense for both parties, the Territory Sales Manager introduces these prospects to our Director of Growth who works with them to determine the sales and marketing strategies most likely to drive measurable growth inside their companies. Outside of CRM upkeep, there is little process to this position, as we’re seeking candidates that prefer to be building relationships over investing a bunch of time in unproductive administrative tasks.

RedRover offers a competitive commission compensation package with an easy path to six figures in year one — including both activity and outcome-based commissions. There is much freedom in this role to set your own hours and work from home with only a couple of trips to our Memphis headquarters per year.
