Hal Truitt | Director of Business Development


Hal brings extensive experience to RedRover with his vast background in consultative selling processes and business development. His background and skill set align him perfectly to cultivate new business partnerships and help RedRover’s clients envision their growth opportunities. Skillful in identifying and delivering actionable solutions, he has a sound and thorough understanding of business visioning, as well as the identification and establishment of growth opportunities. And with his strong sales management background, Hal helps to guide the sales strategies developed for RedRover clients.


Prior to joining RedRover Company, Hal spent more than 25 years leading sales and sales management efforts for Fortune 1000 companies including Medtronic Spine, Smith & Nephew Orthopedics/ENT and Philips Healthcare. He also managed sales teams in Morocco, Cairo, Tunisia and Turkey. Hal completed sales training modules with Miller Heiman, Xerox and a sponsored Wharton Education program called “Leading Organizational Change.”

Hal earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Memphis. 

Hal has won numerous President and Pinnacle award recognitions along with establishing the first Middle East Spine course in Cairo, Egypt allowing all Spinal Surgeons to be trained locally in a surgical suite environment.

A native to Memphis, Hal has always been drawn to the great food and music the city offers. In his spare time he can be found hanging out with his family, attending his sons sporting events, watching college football and grilling some BBQ on his Big Green Egg.
