What you most like about your job: I’ve always most enjoyed being a positive influence on people I touch through my work. My work at RedRover allows me to interact with businesses in a way that directly nurtures their growth or helps maximize their potential and in my previous position with the Memphis Redbirds as executive VP of sales, it was an opportunity to be a part of a project that enhanced the quality of life in the city, which made me proud.

First job in your field: Program development and sales at now-defunct WWEE Radio in Memphis.

Personal hero: My grandfather

Books read recently: “Think and Grow Rich” by Napolean Hill

Person you would most like to meet: If he were alive, J. Douglas Edwards — he’s considered the father of modern selling and has been a considerable influence on my career.
