RedRover Wants to Come Over to a New Location This Year - Memphis Business Journal

Two years after moving into 2,000 square feet of office space on Front Street, local marketing and public relations firm Red Rover Co. is looking to double its space.

Lori Turner-Wilson, RedRover’s founder and CEO, said the goal is to find new office space in Downtown or Midtown of between 4,500 square feet and 5,200 square feet. The company’s lease in its office at 415 S. Front is up in August.

The company currently has 11 employees and plans to hire another four in the next six months. Two will be hired in the next few weeks and the next two will be hired as soon as the move is completed.

“We’re literally busting at the seams here,” Turner-Wilson said. “We’re one hire away from hanging hammocks from the ceiling.”

Started by Turner-Wilson and Julie Lunn in 2006, the firm started in EmergeMemphis with three employees. The company’s clients include DreamCatcher Hotels, Bleu Restaurant, Lucite International and The MED Foundation.

She says the company’s growth strategy centers around hiring seasoned industry veterans who are the sole point of contact for accounts and giving clients monthly reports of work that has been done.

“We establish what success looks like and we show them how we’re doing compared to the goals we’ve set for them,” she said.
Turner-Wilson said the company will continue to lease space for another three to five years before committing to buy.
“We want to go through one more round to see if our growth trajectory holds,” she said.
