A Little Kibble
As territory sales manager for the Houston market, Nancy brings an entrepreneurial spirit and twelve years’ experience as an SMB owner to the team. She believes that sales is ultimately a service profession and is energized by the trailblazer mindset often found in business owners.
Nancy has rarely met a stranger. She loves meeting people and is fascinated by the many things that people are doing all over the world. Her curiosity and understanding of how business owners think drives her to dig deep in connecting partnership opportunities — and are why she particularly enjoys the account-based-marketing (ABM) sales approach.
Following an unconventional path, Nancy retired from her first career as a professional ballet dancer at twenty-one. She then had a long tenure at a prominent Houston law firm, where she was encouraged to pursue her degree. She is proud to have been one of the first non-traditional students admitted to Rice University as an undergraduate.
During the pandemic Nancy and her wife, Lucy, relocated to Abilene to be closer to their extended family. They enjoy spending time with their parents, brothers and sisters, and many nieces and nephews. Thanks to the remote-transition of 2020, they still enjoy their church home in the big city, virtually. They love animals and currently have four indoor pets: Boomer, a wirehaired dachshund, and three cats named Eli, Lil’ Girl and Beans. (They all get along just fine!) Nancy loves being outdoors — hiking, cycling and enjoying watersports.
