Women in Leadership

In 2020, women held roughly 50 percent of jobs in the United States but represented only 7.4 percent of the CEOs on the Fortune 500 list — which was a record high.

In corporate America, structural barriers can make it difficult for women to climb to the top. In this webinar, you’ll hear from a panel of three women in leadership about how they got to their current positions and how you can advance in your career, too.

What most inspires them? What challenges have they encountered throughout their career?  How have their jobs and lives been impacted by the pandemic? What advice do they have for the next generation of women in the workforce?

Join us on March 25 at 1 p.m. CST for answers to these questions and more.

Is This Webinar For You

If you’re a woman looking to advance your career or a leader interested in hearing what other women in your position think about the current environment for women in the workforce this webinar is for you. Join us and engage in this panel discussion on topics impacting women in the workforce.
