Juli Watt has spent over a decade at RedRover building the systems that turn strategy into results. Now she’s focused on what gives clients an edge next.
As SVP of MarTech & AI Transformation, Juli is reshaping how RedRover operates — so clients feel the difference. That means diagnosing the real bottlenecks — not the obvious ones —before building anything. She’s leading with sales automation, where shorter cycles, better pipeline visibility, and less manual follow-up translate directly into faster results for clients. And as the owner of RedRover’s full marketing and sales technology strategy, she ensures every tool and platform decision is made with one question in mind: does this make our clients more competitive?
She knows where the work actually happens. Over twelve years, Juli has run research and strategy development, agency operations, and the full delivery engine — the teams that build the
plans and the teams that execute them. She’s carried clients through GO plans and stepped in as a de facto account manager when it counted. She’s seen where strategies stall, where execution breaks down, and where the right systems change everything. That’s exactly why she’s the one building them now.
Before RedRover, she rose to district manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, and since being with RedRover helped launch the American Marketing Association’s Memphis chapter from the ground up. In 2021, Memphis Business Journal named her one of its 40 Under 40.
Juli holds dual degrees in political science and mass communications from the University of Evansville. She’s based in Memphis, trains in yoga and boxing, has two pups (Naya and Livi), and believes the best work gets built when the whole team is in on it.
