The Account Director leads and grows key client relationships while serving as a strategic advisor on B2B marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring clear communication, alignment with business goals, and strong performance outcomes. We’re seeking a Talent & Culture Manager who thrives at the intersection of recruiting speed, people strategy, and operational excellence. This role goes well beyond filling seats — you’ll own the full employee lifecycle: from the moment a candidate enters the pipeline to the day a pack member celebrates their third anniversary (and beyond). With a Business Operations Specialist rolling up to this position, you’ll have support on the operational side while you focus on what matters most: building the kind of team and culture that drives RedRover’s continued growth all from wherever you do your best work. This role is designed for someone who moves with urgency without sacrificing judgment, communicates persuasively, and measures success by outcomes not activity.

The Sr. Director, Client Outcomes plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision behind our client work while ensuring strategies translate into high-impact marketing programs that generate measurable results. Your ability to guide teams toward breakthrough ideas and exceptional execution will directly influence our clients’ success, their trust in our partnership, and ultimately the renewal and growth of those relationships.
Strategic Growth Manager
This is not a traditional sales hire. You will be the revenue engine behind a high-performing consultancy managing every stage of the sales process from lead capture through close, and eventually building and leading a small revenue team beneath you. In year one, you feed the founder’s pipeline and learn the methodology deeply. By month six, you’re closing smaller engagements independently. By year two, you own the full sales motion and you’re hiring your own hunter to open a second channel. This role has real runway.
